The project features two great musical traditions of Tatras (Poland) and the Caucasus (Georgia) that will, for the first time, come together on one stage. This initiative of the two bands proves that highlanders from different parts of the world share similar energy, lifestyle and exuberance, and, above all that, one spirit.

The Spirit of the Mountains project resulted from the cooperation between Unzipped Fly Records, Culture.pl and Polish Radio Channel 2. The two highlander bands met between February and March this year in Tibilisi to create their material which was later recorded in June in Studio S4 of Polish Radio. This year’s concert at the Cross-Culture Festival will premiere this unique project.
